Comfort Suites Downtown/Seattle Center

I'm a repeat customer and hope to stay there again because it is walking distance to the opera house and a great grocery store, safe for walking two or three blocks close to midnight.

My wife and I came from LA for a short vacation and we had a terrific time, in no small part because of the hotel and staff. The rooms were much nicer than expected (the location is something else again but we have no complaints as it turned out to be ideal for our schedule and what we wanted to see). The beds were super comfortable, the heat worked as needed, plenty of hot water, great towels and plenty of them, etc. The microwave, safe and fridge were bonuses we've come to take for granted. The facilities were excellent. We liked it. The best part, however, was the staff. Incredibly patient, cheerful, and helpful. They all went the extra mile for us. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. The secure underground parking was invaluable. Continental breakfast was mediocre.

It was a nice hotel and the location was good. We had a nice experience.

Overall good hotel to stay at. Would stay there again for sure.

The room was a little tight what with the king-size bed, but still had room for table and easy chair. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Liked having the secure parking garage. We were especially pleased that breakfast included different hot foods daily. We did not have a problem in the small dining room, but our timing was good.
